In an interview with CNET, Nadella says he’s refocusing the culture to breathe creativity back into the company.

This is not your father’s Microsoft. CEO Satya Nadella knew the culture at the world’s largest software maker needed a fix. Employees and investors are sold. Now he’s got to convince the rest of us. –

    I always liked him as Microsoft CEO. He has the right attitude and temperament for a CEO and completely understands what his job is. think of all the big companies in the texh industry that have had to replace the CEOs and it's just gone wrong….. He was definitely the right choice.

    Satya Nadella and MICROSOFT needs to start caring deeply about GOOD SINGLE PLAYER STORY DRIVEN EXPERIENCES. That multiplayer craze is literally destroying Microsoft as a whole
