Samsung Galaxy Note 9: The features it needs to succeed

The Note 8 was essentially a Note 7 do-over because of that whole exploding battery problem. The next Note should take more chances to stand out.

The Bixby button is way too close to my volume button. Also, how about a second fingerprint scanner on the side of the stylus?

I want to see flat screen back in Note line please! Its nothing worst than trying to work with the pen on curved screen on the edges. Its really big problem for me. Unfortunatelly I don't think if this gonna happend.

And you somehow forgot to mention the singular most important feature we all want in the Note 9. (1) A BIG ASS BATTERY!!!

Who cares about Animoji?!?kids under 6y maybe!! Only thing that Samsung should do is
    1.Better software optimisation.
    2.Faster updates.
3.Clean Google version with stylus optimisation.
    4.Finger scanner in display.
5.all screen. Retractable front facing camera.

Also they should make sure that there's:

    1. 256GB+ of Internal Memory.
    2. 12000mAh Battery.
    3. More Stable New OS.
    4. Larger Wider Screen 8".
    5. Stronger S-Pen with an Extra Button for Erasing.
    6. More Handsfree Gestures & The Return of the Handsfree Swipe Picture Gesture
    … Too!

Topping the note 8 will be a challenge. The note 9 won't be much better than the note 8

No notch, eraser in notepad is ok but im used to pressing the button to erase so i can do either. 3d front facing camera is meh to me but i guess it's important to others. As for the in built fingerprint scanner in the screen, i doubt this year but i would be surprised.

You forgot that the Note 5 also lost its MicroSD card slot and never included water resistance.

    Spoiler alert
The In display finger print scanner for Samsung is ready just that it’s not going to be on the Note 9 because it’ll be better for it to be in the 10th Year Anniversary Galaxy S10 with no bottom bezel and a crown instead of a Notch 😀

The Galaxy Note 9 will support Bixby 2.0 and new features to the SPen.

I think the real change will come with the S10. The fact that there are not a lot of leaks on the Note 9 makes me think that either Samsung upped the security on the leaks or there are not many changes with the upcoming Note 9.

5000 mah battery with their own processor will do much for me. I expect only battery improvement in new note compared to note 8

Nope, Sammy alrede decided against FOP for 9, said technology wasn't quite there yet. They'll be debuting that for S10 in 2019. So it won't be a feature until Note X. Hmm…why doesn't CNET know this? 🤔

Anywho, I'll keep my Notes 4 and 5 until then. ✌🏾

What samsung really needs to do is provide better software updates. Its annoying how the s9 s9+ only came out with oreo 8.0 instead of 8.1. Android P gonna be out soon and I wouldn't be suprised thats going to be a long wait like always. And unfortunately I'm not counting on the in display fingerprint scanner to be added on the note 9 either.

One feature he forgot to mention that I would really want, is the option to have the stock Android emoji instead of the Samsung emoji that I really hate because they're too different from the standards!
