Give it 3-6 months and it'll be in a bargain bin like every other android phone once people remember that there's no software updates. A ton of iOS fanboys will jump ship due to iOS being stale, then they'll figure out androids quirks and jump back

512gb of storage is overkill. My phone has 64gb and I have all my music on it, photos, games, apps, documents and I still have 40+gb of free storage left hahaha. I can see this for photographers who take a lot of photos and 4k video, but for a regular phone user, someone who uses their phone for calling, texting email, some games, youtube, then you're wasting and throwing money away for so much storage that you'll never end up using and filling up

I want to get this phone so bad for the big battery. My note 8 has been very inconsistent and overall bad. Idk if I want to live for another year with it. Any suggestions?

One reason you should not buy: it’s the same as the Note 8 and you can save your self up to $400.

CNET still recommending to buy Note 9 despite the 10 years anniversary of Samsung where as early as January 2019, Samsung will release S10 and a few months later Note 10

If your going to wait for the s10 you might as well wait until the note 10, that will be the game changer…

Lol when he said flashbacks of the note7 I legit had flashbacks of my note7 and became sad. Other than the exploding battery, that phone was awesome. I'm seriously considering this phone, but considering the last note i had was the 7, I'm gunna hold off for a couple of months and see how the reviews come out 😂

Really nice phone but it's a shame Android is slow to send out updates. Samsung could do a better job if they had their own OS.

Samsung latest phones can excite anyone in buying the powerhouse but having used Note2, Note 3 and Note 5 – I have memories of waiting endlessly for Android updates – which is still the same for Note 8 users – when will they get P ? For this reason I would wait for Pixel and also iPhone launch before I upgrade.

No comments, this is the best phone right now. Is difficult to swallow but is absolutely the truth.
A good smartphone choice is not any more CPU benchmarks, you need to consider a better battery, a giant RAM, and disk drive, the cameras are so important, the design (Notch is a terrible industry decision), heat manage, and the quality of the screen (this is the most important attribute for me, the Galaxy Note 9 have the best screen).

What a bunch of idiots! First you out it a video stating that the Note 9 is the same as the Note 8 and then publish a video going through some of the differences. How stupid.

Weren't those 'internal tests' performed on the Note 7 too. I'm pretty sure they did 'internal testing' on THAT one, too.

Big battery and finger print sensor placement are the reason to buy note 9. Seriously ??? Were you drunk while making the video.
